From ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data. From Claude: Settings → Privacy → Export data. Either way you receive a .zip with a conversations.json file.

Your file is parsed directly in your browser. It is never uploaded — there is no server, no account, no tracking of your content.

Your AI year in ~10 animated cards: volume, active hours, night habits, politeness, favorite model, signature word — and your AI profile to share.

Privacy first, by design

AnonWrap runs entirely in your browser. Your conversations are parsed locally and never leave your device. The only thing you can — optionally — share is a set of ~15 anonymous aggregate numbers (message counts, peak hour, archetype…) to be part of the world comparison. Never any text, never any identity.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. The analysis runs entirely in your browser. Your conversations.json never leaves your device. You can verify: the page works offline once loaded.
How do I export my ChatGPT data?
In ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data. You'll receive an email from OpenAI with a .zip; unzip it and drop conversations.json into AnonWrap.
How do I export my Claude data?
In claude.ai: your initials → Settings → Privacy → Export data. Anthropic emails you a .zip; unzip it and drop conversations.json into AnonWrap.
Which AI tools are supported?
Both ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic). Each export archive contains a conversations.json file — drop it in and AnonWrap detects the source automatically.
What stats do I get?
Conversations and messages counts, words written, estimated active hours, peak hour and night usage, longest streak, politeness count, favorite model, signature word, dominant topic, longest conversation — and your AI archetype.
Is it really free?
